Shop terms, returns and privacy
1. Who we are and how to reach us
WayMark is run by Joe Sullivan, a sole trader in the UK.
- Email: contact@waymark.it.com. This is the quickest way to reach us about an order.
Please include your order number, or the email address you ordered with, so we can find your order quickly.
2. Buying from us
2.1 The tees
Our tees are unisex heavyweight 100% cotton, garment-dyed. Garment-dyeing means the colour can vary slightly from tee to tee, and pictures on screen can differ a little from the real thing. Sizes and measurements are in the size chart on each tee's page.
2.2 Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and are the full price you pay for the tee. UK delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your card details.
2.3 When your order is accepted
Your order is a contract with us once your payment goes through and you see the order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason (for example, a size becomes unavailable), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
- Tees are sent by tracked or standard post. Please allow 4–10 working days from ordering for yours to arrive.
- If your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days, email us and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
- The tee is yours, and our responsibility, until it reaches you.
4. Changing your mind (returns)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Our tees come from our standard range and aren't personalised to you, so this right applies in full.
- Tell us within 14 days of the day your tee arrives. Email contact@waymark.it.com with your order details, or use the cancellation form below. You can also cancel before it arrives.
- Send the tee back within 14 days of telling us, to the return address we give you. Please send it unworn and unwashed with any labels still attached. You pay the return postage, and we'd suggest a tracked service.
- We refund you within 14 days of getting the tee back, or of you showing us proof of postage if that's sooner. The refund covers the tee and the original standard delivery charge, and goes back to the card you paid with.
You're welcome to try a tee on as you would in a shop. If it comes back worn, washed or damaged beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
5. Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your tee arrives faulty or damaged, or isn't what you ordered (wrong design, colour or size), email us within 30 days of it arriving, with a photo if you can. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and we cover any postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which also cover faults that show up later.
To keep the print looking its best, wash the tee inside out on a cool wash and don't iron over the print.
6. Your details when you order
This section adds to the WayMark privacy policy and covers what happens when you buy something.
| What | Why | Who handles it |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, delivery address, and phone number if you give one | To make, post and support your order, and to send your receipt | Stripe (payment and receipt); Inkthreadable, our production partner in Blackburn, Lancashire — trading name of Hyper Merch Limited — which prints and posts your order and passes your address to the delivery carrier |
| Card details | To take payment | Stripe only. We never see or store them. |
| What you ordered, size and price | To fulfil the order and keep business and tax records | Stripe, Inkthreadable, and Cloudflare, which runs the small service that passes your order from Stripe to Inkthreadable |
- Legal basis. We use your details to carry out our contract with you, and to meet legal obligations such as keeping tax records.
- How long we keep them. Order records are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires, and then deleted.
- No marketing. We don't send marketing emails, and we don't sell or share your details for anyone's marketing.
- International transfers. Inkthreadable prints and posts from the UK. Stripe and Cloudflare may process data outside the UK, under their own safeguards, such as the UK's approved contract terms.
- Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your details, or for them to be corrected or deleted (unless we have to keep them for tax), by emailing contact@waymark.it.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
7. The legal bits
- These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
- Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
- We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
8. Cancellation form
You don't have to use this. An email saying you want to cancel is enough.
